Return & Refund Request Timeframe
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order. However, for issues related to:
Misprinted items
Damaged products
Defective items
Lost packages
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items should be reported within 7 days of delivery to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Return Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Please note:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept unauthorized returns.
We aim to review requests within 7 business days.
Conditions for Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Be returned with the original tags and packaging (where applicable).
We do not accept items that are:
Worn
Stained
Damaged due to misuse
Altered after delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. We do not provide Freight-To-Collect (FTC) return services.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Refunds will be processed in the original purchase currency

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error:
Items intentionally damaged after delivery
Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.
Items accurately produced according to the designs, files, or tech packs provided by the customer, but later deemed unwanted by the purchaser
Orders delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:
Incorrect shipping address
Incorrect phone number
Customer-requested design or order modifications
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled and fully refunded while they remain in production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (info.shredfactory@gmail.com) as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return in accordance with this policy.
All orders
ShredFactory (us), as an e-commerce store don't promise compensation because delays are often outside our control. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but some reasons are out of our control so therefore cannot be blamed.
Exceptions
Delay compensation does not apply when delays are caused by customer-side changes or issues, including but not limited to:
Incorrect shipping information
Pending customer confirmation
ShredFactory reserves the right to determine whether such circumstances apply.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, claims should be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Our support team will work with the logistics provider to investigate and provide a resolution.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide additional rights or remedies, those rights will apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website/app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
